Theia Light (UVC) Branding
The Problem
Theia Light needed a distinct brand identity of its own for a new UVC light sterilization product — a rolling sterilization cart built on Strava's technology, developed for use in hospitals during and after COVID-19. As a standalone product built to address a serious, timely need, it required a visual identity that felt credible in a clinical setting while capturing the science and purpose behind the technology.
The Outcome
Theia Light launched with a cohesive, purpose-built identity that visually communicated the technology at its core while standing on its own as a credible, hospital-ready brand. The light leak-inspired system gave the product a memorable, distinctive presence that reinforced trust in the technology during a critical moment for healthcare facilities.
The Solution
I developed a branding system for Theia Light UVC, drawing inspiration from light leaks to reflect the product's core function of light-based sterilization. This concept shaped the logo, brand colors, and typography, giving the brand a distinct visual language rooted in light, movement, and clarity. I then applied the identity directly onto the equipment drawings, ensuring the branding translated seamlessly onto the physical cart itself.
